The Taylor's Ranch Hand Single Action models are manufactured using the highest quality standards available. The frames are forged which gives you a revolver that will withstand the demands of competition and Cowboy Action Shooting. Forged frames feature a better grain structure and are expected to be stronger, offering you a revolver that will stand the test of time. This 'Peacemaker' style revolver has a walnut grip with a brass backstrap and trigger guard. The Old model frame features a shorter front sight, round ejector-plunger grip, and screw cylinder pin retainer. The New model frame features a plunger to remove the cylinder pin.

Fit and finish is excellent. Shoots just a bit high but that is normal very accurate. The trigger is good but a little heavier than my 1875 Outlaw also by Uberti. I love 45 LC and this is a keeper.

just received my ranch hand revolver today. beauty 7.5 inch barrel fired 6 rounds. gun is dead on. thanks uberti! weapon function perfectly. shot a little to the left of center but that"s me. only thing i found was that the trigger guard had sharp edges.
