Forged frames feature a better grain structure and are expected to be stronger, offering you a revolver that will stand the test of time. This 'Peacemaker' style revolver has a walnut grip with a brass backstrap and trigger guard. The Old model frame features a shorter front sight, round ejector-plunger grip, and screw cylinder pin retainer. The New model frame features a plunger to remove the cylinder pin.
