I've owned a PT99 for 6 years. During that time it has never skipped a beat. Fit and finish is very good with 1 exception. It has never jammed, failed to feed or go bang when I squeeze the trigger.

Disappointed with this pistol due to poor build & finish quality. Had to send my new gun in to Taurus due to intermittent failure to chamber a new round. After receiving the repaired pistol, it fired/chambered reliably but is now several inches off target
