Gun provided excellent "out of the box" expectations, although no "User Manual or Warranty Return Card" was found in the shipping box. Not impressed with Taurus quality control on paperwork but otherwise item is just fine

Outstanding revolver! shipping was on time and my ffl dealer had it ready as always. Took it straight to the range and was very pleased with the results. 357 loads (target and self-defense) were not as snappy as some say but there was plenty of punch. 38s

I don't know what photo that the other Reviewer was looking at, but the one that I see IS the Taurus 605. As for function, reliability, and comfort (though ANY snubbie 357 Magnum is NOT for the recoil shy), I would note that I have FOUR of the Taurus Mode

James, this will wear in after approximately 100 or so rounds. Normally, only a few are extra stiff on the release initially but wear in quickly.
