I purchased the S&W D9 (academy model) after considering several other pistols in the same price range. The optional sights sold me on this model. The paper work went quick and smooth. They now use an iPad for the customer to fill out the paper work.

Great little gun. Shoots very much like a m&p. Trigger takes a little getting used to as its heavier then most. Eats any ammo you put thru it. Fiber optic sites are amazing. 400+ rounds with no hiccups. Highly recommended not only if your on a budget
