I have found this gun to be reliable with both FMJ and defensive hollow point ammunition. Accuracy has been very good at 7 yards. It's not a long range target gun after all, but the X and 10 rings on a B 27 target usually don't look too good after I'm don

Bought this P238 as a backup to my Sig Sauer P227 .45acp. Precision One ammo .380 ACP 90gr HP/XTP. Can't find fault with this pistol, but I did change out the stock grips to the Hogue Sig P238 rubber grips. It has finger grooves, is a bit thicker, much ea

I've had my SIG P238 for over two years now. This is by far one of the best made handguns I've owned. Besides being very reliable, (it has never jammed in any way) the small added features this gun possesses tells me whoever designed it, really knew what

I've had mine almost 2 years and have carried it often, used it for a training course and put hundreds of rounds through it. I'm not real happy with the finish because it's dull looking and I've always liked shiny stuff but at least it wouldn't attract at

very pleased with the P238. It was very clean when I received it, stripped it & lubed it so it was ready to shoot. Ran flawlessly, 200 rounds of FMJ & then 2 magazines of Cor-Bon 90gr HP's when it was hot & dirty. Little recoil or muzzle flip so very cont

The SIG P238 fits into my DeSantis Nemesis pocket holster nicely and does not print through. For such a small pistol it is surprisingly accurate. Recoil on small guns can be snappy but the P238 was not bad at all. If you like 1911's (like I do) then you w

I love this little gun! People get ballistic happy when it comes to what is the best for self defense. I know a few police officers and one of them has been on his job for over 20 years and has never had to fire his weapon. Yes, he has pulled it many time

WOW, what a gun-great fit and finish. The night sights are the ticket for eash target acquisition and the gun is VERY accurate to 18 feet out with rapid fire. Being a 380, this is a close in weapon for personal protection. Put 200 rounds through it on 1st

Finally got to the range today with this "Little Jewell". I brought my Ruger LCP along to compare the two and find that there is a good use for both pistols. The LCP is lighter and half the price of the Sig, but the added weight of the all stainless P238

They are the same with different finishes/appearances Andor. Different grips are available form Sig. The Sig 238 is a very sound 380. There are other 380's as well such as the Ruger LCP II and Kahr Arms CW380 and S&W Bodyguard as well.
