Detailed Review
The Kahr CT380 is a compact, lightweight handgun designed for concealed carry. It features a sleek design and solid construction, making it a reliable option for self-defense.
One of the standout features of the CT380 is its small size. It has an overall length of 5.52 inches and a height of just 4.4 inches, making it easy to conceal in a pocket or waistband. It also weighs in at just 11.44 ounces, making it one of the lightest .380 ACP handguns on the market.
The CT380 has a polymer frame with a matte stainless steel slide. The grip is textured for improved grip and control, even in wet or slippery conditions. The slide has front and rear slide serrations, making it easy to manipulate for loading or unloading.
The CT380 has a 3-inch barrel and a capacity of 7+1 rounds of .380 ACP ammunition. The magazine is made of stainless steel and is easy to load and unload. The trigger pull on the CT380 is smooth and consistent, with a weight of around 6 pounds.
One potential downside of the CT380 is its sights. It comes with low-profile white dot sights that may be difficult to see in low-light conditions. However, aftermarket sight options are available for those who prefer a more visible sight picture.
The CT380 is also known for its reliability. It has a reputation for feeding and ejecting rounds without issue, which is crucial in a self-defense situation. It also has a double-action-only trigger system, which adds an extra layer of safety by requiring a deliberate trigger pull to discharge the firearm.
Overall, the Kahr CT380 is a solid choice for those in need of a lightweight, easy-to-conceal handgun for self-defense. Its small size and reliable performance make it a popular option among gun owners.

This gun feels good in the hand, but that is where the fun ended for me. My first trip to the range all I could manage was 9 or 10 magazines. The gun had failure to feed about 80% of the time as well as a few stove pipes. Most of the time it would feed 2/

This gun is the perfect size. It got a excellent sights, it is super thin, and you can fit three fingers on the grip. It got 7 rounds plus one in the chamber. The trigger is awesome, it's totally 100% reliable. The magazine is a little loose.

Kahr CT 380 offer an extra round and a little longer on the slide. Very light, very thin, the sights go a little bit higher. The accuracy and reliability is similar to CW380.

October 19, 2018Great deal on a Kahr. Note that they are picky about some brands of ammo (some appear to have thicker rims that the extractor wont clear. I found that Magtech and ball fiocchi wont work, but hornady cd and fiocchi ftx cycle fine. Be sure to do the 200 rou

September 9, 2018Very happy with another Kahr product. I did experience many FTF during break in with cheap ball ammo. Weapon performed flawlessly with expensive self defense rounds. Seems it prefers a tapered bullet.

5 stars for Sportsman's Guide!! Fast shipping. 3 stars for the gun at first, 4 stars after $150 in ammo and minor mods, and now 4.5 stars that it's had another $100 in ammo. I'll feel more comfortable carrying it once it's a 5 star gun, and I test enough

I’m familiar with Kahr, and they are notoriously tight. I could t refuse this price—Academy is offering them for $220. However, even after 500rds, mine is still having failure to feed issues with most FMJ rounds. I’ve done some of the mo

August 2, 2018Great Gun! A little snappy but manageable. Put 100 rounds of Remington 95gr FMJ, and 50 rounds of American Eagle 95gr FMJ through it with no problems. As always, Bud's service was great.
