Chambered in the hard-hitting .40 S&W, The FNS -40 offers the simplicity of double-action striker-fired operation with fully ambidextrous operating controls for ease of use with either hand and from any shooting position. Both the slide and barrel are stainless steel with front serrations, while the checkered polymer frame has two interchangeable backstraps and lanyard eyelets. The MIL-STD 1913 under-frame rail accepts tactical lights and lasers. Three magazines. My first 40 I haven't had a chance to get out and shoot it yet. The grip is very ergonomic and fits my hand like a glove. Nice sights the trigger is very crisp with a quick reset. Overall you just cannot go wrong with this gun at a price so low. Love it!!
