The Viper series G2 semi-automatic shotguns are gas-operated and interchangeably load 2.75" and 3" shells from the 3" chrome-lined chamber. The vent-rib barrel is threaded to accept the included Beretta-style choke tubes (IC, M, F), and is also chrome-lined. It has a matted sight plane and fiber-optic front sight. The five-round magazine includes a shot plug and is equipped with a manual E-Z Load magazine cut-off allowing for quick unloading and safety. The wooden finish features cut-checkering on the wooden forend and pistol grip stock. Shim kits are standard on all TriStar semi-automatic shotgun models.

Very please with this shotgun, It's a sharp looking firearm. Even though the manufacture suggest running a box of magnums to first break it in, I ran about 15 regular game load shells, then switched to target loads. Approx 75 rounds later and not a single

WOW. This is a Great Shotgun . always wanted a 28ga. everything is well thought out and I can find nothing "cheap" about it. the wood is plain but well stained , the checkering excellent , barrel is well polished inside and out , the stock fit's me to a T
