The Remington 1100 has a gas-operated action that reduces recoil, making it easier to shoot accurately and comfortably. It also has a unique design that allows the barrel to be removed easily for cleaning and maintenance.
The shotgun comes in several models, including the Classic Trap, Sporting 12, and Field models. The Classic Trap model is designed specifically for trap shooting, with a Monte Carlo stock and high rib barrel for better aiming. The Sporting 12 model is built for skeet and sporting clays, with a low rib barrel and adjustable comb. The Field model is ideal for hunting small game and birds, with its lightweight design and standard vent rib barrel.
One of the key features of the Remington 1100 is its ability to shoot different types of ammunition. It can handle anything from light target loads to heavy magnum rounds, making it suitable for a wide range of shooting applications.
The shotgun has a capacity of four or five rounds, depending on the model. It also has a variety of options for stocks and finishes, including wood and synthetic stocks and matte or polished finishes.

January 26, 2011It will shoot any shell I feed it. And its a really a good looking gun recoil is not bad. Swings really well and carries thru. Quick on target. Feels really well on shoulder. But still a bit high dollar for an 1100.
