Can't beat it for the price

I have put this gun through it’s paces and fired hundreds of rounds with zero malfunctions. Very clean running, low maintenance gun. I have put this gun up against high priced shotguns and had it out preform most of them. Really can not beat it for the mo

I had been looking at a Benneli 20ga auto for some time because of the inertia system but the price of them was way out of my reach. I read some reviews from various gun magazines on the Stoeger and the reviews were all really good and it was based on the

Awesome Gun

I had hesitations about buying a semi auto shotgun at such a "value" gun price point but I have put this gun through its paces throughout this past duck season and have had no failures to eject with very little maintenance in terms of cleaning.

Not so great until.....

....I replaced the Stoeger factory extractor and spring with a Benelli M2 extractor and spring. The recommended light loads were failing to eject even after the recommended break in. No FTE's since the upgrade.

Below Average...

I purchased this firearm around a year and a half ago, and it worked fine for the first 8-10 months. After around 400 rounds the shotgun has begun to fail to extract the fired shell.

Wonderful little gun. Very lightweight, yet also easy to swing and lock in on target. Both 2.75" and 3" shells work beautifully and the inertia system seems very robust and should be reliable.

Thumbs-down!!!

I bought this last week at Cabela's & I noticed right-a-way after getting it home that the magazine end cap was difficult to put back on the SG. The 2nd time I had the SG apart the cap wouldn't go back on. I called Stoeger and they said they've been h

Best shotgun for the price

When I first bought it I put at least 100 rounds through it. Not a single malfunction, it was flawless. It's almost exactly like a Beneli but a cheaper and more affordable price. I usually use it just for doves and it does great. Had it for a year now and

Fantastic... So far

I bought this as a lightweight adult dimension upland bird and dove gun and to use occasionally for early season woody/teal hunts. Looking to lighten the 12 ga. load of gun and shells. First thing I did was spend a day at the sporting range. Hundred round

very badly made

I bought this shotgun for light duck hunting, it performed ok for the first trip but started having cycling issues and jamming after every shot. I would take it completely apart and clean it after every trip and the gun still jammed. I was shooting 3 inch

Bought as a backup gun

I bought this gun as a back up for a Canada hunting trip. I used this gun for ducks and geese over decoys and it performed flawless. Very fast cycling and I never cleaned it till after the 11 day hunt.
