About Savage Arms 220 Slug Gun Camo
The 220 Slug Gun is all you need on your next whitetail hunt if you live in a "slug state." As part of Savage's Specialty Series, it is a highly specialized bolt action shotgun that obsoletes the traditional shotgun with a rifled barrel. The 220 features AccuTrigger, a feature offering user-adjustable trigger pull, so there's no need for a gunsmith to modify it. AccuTrigger also provides a crisp, clean trigger pull, which enhances accuracy. The detachable box magazine and blued carbon steel barrel are set in a black synthetic stock with cut checkering and swivel studs. Big Bang for your buck with the 220. Accurate with the recommended ammo (3%u201D accutips) out to 200 yds. I used a Khales Gen 3 6-24 for Accuracy testing and it did not disappoint. I will caution you about using a bipod, the stock is so thin an flimsy up

I have owned many slug gun over the years but nothing lie this. This is by far the most accurate one i have ever seen.This is more like a rife clover leaf groups. If you have to slug hunt buy it you will not regret it.

My two best hunting buddies have this gun and strongly recommended it. Upon further reviews, most agree this is the best for slug gun states. I topped mine with a Nikon Slughunter and it has performed flawlessly out to 200 yards. Five stars.

Great price and amazing rifle. Bought this because I love hunting with a bolt action rifle. We can't use them however where I live now. This fills that gap perfect. I installed a Nikon Buckmasters scope and this gun will drop em at 200 yds all day. Great
