As part of Savage's Specialty Series, it is a highly specialized bolt action shotgun that obsoletes the traditional shotgun with a rifled barrel. The 220 features AccuTrigger, a feature offering user-adjustable trigger pull, so there's no need for a gunsmith to modify it. AccuTrigger also provides a crisp, clean trigger pull, which enhances accuracy. The detachable box magazine and blued carbon steel barrel are set in a black synthetic stock with cut checkering and swivel studs. Big Bang for your buck with the 220. Accurate with the recommended ammo (3%u201D accutips) out to 200 yds. I used a Khales Gen 3 6-24 for Accuracy testing and it did not disappoint. I will caution you about using a bipod, the stock is so thin an flimsy up

I have owned many slug gun over the years but nothing lie this. This is by far the most accurate one i have ever seen.This is more like a rife clover leaf groups. If you have to slug hunt buy it you will not regret it.
