To be honest this gun is not for a beginner nor would I recommend for home protection! Has good safeties but not friendly too shoot in this caliber.

This little gun is a handful in 9mm so be prepared to hang on when you fire it. With practice you can get reasonable accuracy out of it but in reality this is a close up defensive weapon. Can't beat the price at Bud's and a forever warranty from Cobra mak
