This thing runs great, I bought this Friday and got to the range today, fired around 100 rnds with no issues at all, no jams, no misfires , I tried all the 9mm ammo I had which was federal, 115 gr jhp, 115 gr hp, 147 gr hp, and 124 gr hp +p, no issues at

It is not James. The barrel length does not matter since it has a "Brace" and not a shoulder Stock it is classifies as a regular pistol by the BATF.
