Rocky, This package Includes 4 Optic Mount Plates and the Vortex Viper Red Dot Sight. Just a front sight to co witness with red dot. No rear sight included, but there are several aftermarket options if you remove the Red Dot Sight.

No Ibrahim, ti doesn't come with a rear sight. The red dot would not mount with a rear sight in place. You could purchase one, if you desire, anytime after you get the pistol. Dawsonprecision.com for sights fo every description.
