Detailed Review

The Browning Citori 725 High Rib Sporting is a top-of-the-line over-and-under shotgun designed with the competitive clay shooter in mind. This shotgun features an adjustable high rib that allows the shooter to fine-tune their point of impact and target acquisition, making it easier to hit those hard-to-reach clays. In addition to its high rib, the Citori 725 Sporting also boasts a number of other features that make it a standout in the shooting world. It has a low-profile steel receiver that reduces recoil and improves overall balance. The receiver is also engraved with a beautiful gold accent that adds a touch of elegance to an already impressive shotgun. The 725 Sporting comes in 12-gauge, 20-gauge, and 28-gauge models, each with a 30-inch barrel. The barrels are made from lightweight, strong steel and have been back-bored for improved shot patterns. The barrels also come equipped with an Invector-DS choke system that offers even more precision in shot placement. The stock and forend of the Citori 725 Sporting are made from high-grade walnut that is both durable and aesthetically pleasing. The stock has been designed with a slight palm swell and a shallow pistol grip, which helps to reduce fatigue during long shooting sessions. The trigger on this shotgun is also worthy of note. It has been crafted to provide a crisp, clean pull that enhances accuracy and helps reduce flinching. The trigger can also be adjusted to accommodate individual shooter preferences. Overall, the Browning Citori 725 High Rib Sporting is a superb shotgun that offers unparalleled performance and precision. Whether you're an experienced clay shooter or just starting out, this shotgun is sure to impress.

Review: Browning Citori CXS Over-Under

On the range and in the field, the new CXS performed as billed. It handled great, swung smoothly, and never malfunctioned. The ejectors chucked empties out with authority, and the trigger pulls were excellent. Weighing in at 7 pounds, 2 ounces, it was a d

Gun Review: The Browning Citori 725

The Citori swings a little smoother and kicks a little less than many similar O/U guns because it weighs a little more, which is a good thing. The Citori will break clays and kill birds with the best of them if it fits the shooter and the shooter knows ho

Take it hunting! Dents, scratches and bruises just make it all the better. Like a truck with the same. Just be careful and go for it. My dad gave me a gun when I was a teenager and it got beat up pretty bad over the years but it was still my favorite gun

Outstanding Sporting Shotgun

This 725 has completely exceeded my lofty expectations. I am a retiree and new to sporting clays/skeet, and I invested the time to try/rent several guns, and use each multiple times, before buying my first one. It came down to the 725, or the Beretta 692
