Solid and well built, locks up tight with no cylinder play. Both double and single action are nice. Its a heavy revolver and with the ported barrel the recoil is not bad for a 44 mag. One issue I have is the cylinder throats are tight and my wide flat nos

This revolver worked flawlessly right out of box. Its comfortable to fire and handles 44 magnum as well as 44 special. The 44 special is a lot more user friendly as recoil is light. The 44 is a real value and I expect many happy days at range.
