About Browning Citori 725 Field

A groundbreaking advancement in Citori design. Today's Citori over and under line-up includes the original, legendary Citori (with many proven models and configurations) and the new 725 version (with low profile receiver, mechanical triggers and Invector DS). The 725 is a substantial evolution in Citori design that goes well beyond aesthetics into the actual design and mechanism. The new Citori 725 is the evolution of John M. Brownings legendary B25 Superposed, now with the modern performance advantage of a low-profile receiver. The new 725 receiver is significantly lower than other Citori 12 gauge receivers, yet the 725 shares the renowned durability of generations of Citori over and unders with the same rugged full-width hinge pin and tapered locking bolt design. With a 725, you get the "one with the gun" feeling you want, with the long lasting durability you expect from a Browning over and under. And the features don't stop there. The 725 showcases an all-new mechanical trigger (FireLite) that offers unmatched feel and lighter pull weights than ever before. Inflex Technology has also been added to make shooting more comfortable. And the new Invector-DS choke system moves to a new level of performance. Experience the benefits these improvements can do for your shooting with a new Citori 725, only from The Best There Is.

Detailed Review

The Browning Citori 725 Field is a over/under shotgun designed for hunting and sporting. The 725 Field is an upgrade from Browning's popular Citori line, featuring sleeker lines, improved ergonomics, and a range of performance-enhancing features.

One of the most noticeable changes to the Citori with the 725 model is the gun's lower profile. The hinge pin has been relocated to the center of the receiver, which allows for a lower profile and improved balance. This design element contributes to better handling and reduced felt recoil, making the 725 Field a comfortable and easy-to-shoot option for hunters and sporting clays enthusiasts.

The Browning Citori 725 Field also comes with an Invector-DS choke system. This system features a longer taper and a more secure fit, which translates into improved pattern density and consistency. With five choke tubes included - Full, Improved Modified, Modified, Improved Cylinder, and Skeet - the 725 Field offers hunters and shooters plenty of options to achieve the right shot for their needs.

In addition, the Browning Citori 725 Field has a mechanical trigger with a triple trigger system. This unique feature allows shooters to choose between a wide checkered trigger, a narrow smooth trigger, or a wide smooth trigger, depending on their preference.

The 725 Field also features an adjustable comb, allowing shooters to customize the fit of the gun to their individual preferences. The stock has a length of pull that can be adjusted in 1/8-inch increments, as well as an adjustable cast and drop. All of these elements work together to provide a personalized and comfortable shooting experience.

The Browning Citori 725 Field is available in 12, 20, 28 gauge, and .410 bore. The guns come in both standard and compact versions. The 12- and 20-gauge models have 28-inch barrels, while the 28-gauge and .410 bore have 26-inch barrels. All of the 725 Field models are chambered for 3-inch shells.

Overall, the Browning Citori 725 Field is a well-balanced and versatile over/under shotgun designed for field use and sporting clays. Its combination of improved ergonomics, reduced recoil, Invector-DS choke system, adjustable comb, and triple trigger system make it a solid choice for anyone looking for a reliable and customizable shotgun.

Review: Browning Citori CXS Over-Under

On the range and in the field, the new CXS performed as billed. It handled great, swung smoothly, and never malfunctioned. The ejectors chucked empties out with authority, and the trigger pulls were excellent. Weighing in at 7 pounds, 2 ounces, it was a d

Shotgun Review: Browning Citori 725

the Citori 725 has machine-cut checkering that wraps around the grip without any distortion and roll stamp engraving on the receiver, showing a pair of pheasants on one side and ducks on the other both nestled amid a border of scrolls. The engraving is si

Bought this Citori in 2015 and only fired it this month in 2017. This shotgun performed flawlessly as expected from Browning. Bud's did great job in processing and shipping as expected. I really believe that as for online firearm purchases, you can't beat

Awesome gun. Exactly what I wanted at a great price. The gun was in the local gun shop within one week. Shot a few clays last week and it was awesome. Can't wait for dove season to open.
