January 8, 2019Browning A5 Sweet Sixteen Review
The major concern of any shotgun’s performance is recoil. the new A5 would have a ridiculous kick-back, especially considering the fact that Browning took off a lot of weight from the original model. Nevertheless, the recoil was actually quite manageable;

“That’s a sweet little gun” was the response, every time. It’s quite a compliment to this shooter that’s little in weight and sweet in everything else. Happy hunting!

January 8, 2019The New Browning A5 Sweet Sixteen Autoloading Shotgun
This is an extremely lightweight shotgun, lighter than most 20 gauge autos. Browning Silver 20 gauges run about 6-1/2 pounds, my Browning B-80 and Beretta 303 20 gauges are at 6-1/4 pounds, the Weatherby SA-08 weighs six pounds on the nose and my Benelli

September 9, 2017Read the manual
Purchased one of these guns recently and absolutely love it. But the first thing you have to do is read the manual! This gun will not cycle properly if it's not cleaned first due to heavy grease in the gun. Recoil is not bad which I'm use to a 12 gauge

Browning got it rite. Read the manual. When they say clean before use they mean it. Mine had a lot of thick oil in the receiver that needs to come out. Very nice shot gun.
