About Winchester Model 94
Features a traditional straight grip walnut stock with a crescent butt and blued steel buttplate. Stock is finely checkered with double-lined bordering and a satin oil finish. Twenty-four inch half-round, half-octagon blued barrel. Blued receiver is drilled and tapped for scope mounts. Hammer is drilled and tapped for a spur extension, included. Semi-buckhorn rear sight and a fine gold bead front sight. Overall length is 42.5 inches.

Beautiful rifle in 3855. Fit and finish is well done and accuracy is great. I use 245 grain lead no gas check round tip flat nose sized to .378. The rifles long barrel it's not heavy or difficult to handle and as you would expect recoil is negligible. If

Everyone says 30-30 is a deer rifle. Well where I live here in Canada the 30-30 has been taking Moose since its inception. I personally dont own a 30-30. My 94 is 32 Win special it has taken moose as well, not by me however but by my father and great unc
