Classy and awesome Gun
I bought this gun last summer at Academy and It is a wonderful gun. Light recoil, accurate and fun to shoot. It is big and heavy at 30.5 oz but it feels good in hand. Carry OWB in a deSantis Dual Carry II and it ride well in open carry. Love the wood grip

This particular SIG 225 comes with two 8 round magazines.
Packing piece
It is not necessary and has nothing to do with the function of the gun. This is a "Chamber Safety Block". The rounded end goes in the chamber same as a cartridge. It just visually verifies no rounds are chambered when inserted.
