Detailed Review

The Savage Arms Axis XP 22673 is a reliable and accurate bolt-action rifle that is perfect for hunting or long-range shooting. The rifle features a matte black synthetic stock with a textured grip that provides a comfortable and secure hold, even in wet conditions. The stock also features sling swivel studs and a recoil pad to help reduce felt recoil.

The Axis XP 22673 has a 22-inch carbon steel barrel that is button-rifled for improved accuracy and features a sporter contour for a lightweight and maneuverable feel. The barrel is also free-floating, which helps to eliminate interference from the stock and improve accuracy. The rifle is chambered in .223 Remington, which is a popular round for varmint hunting and target shooting.

The rifle comes with a detachable box magazine that holds four rounds of ammunition. The magazine release is located on the bottom of the stock for easy and smooth operation. The rifle also features an adjustable AccuTrigger that allows you to customize the trigger pull weight to your preference. The trigger is light and crisp, which helps to improve accuracy and shot placement.

The Axis XP 22673 comes with a 3-9x40mm scope mounted and bore sighted, which makes it ready to shoot right out of the box. The scope features a duplex reticle and is made from high-quality materials that provide clear and bright images even in low-light conditions.

The rifle has an overall length of 43.875 inches and weighs 6.5 pounds without the scope. The rifle is easy to carry and maneuver in the field, making it ideal for hunting or shooting from a variety of positions. The rifle also features a tang safety that is easy to operate with either hand and helps to prevent accidental discharges.

In conclusion, the Savage Arms Axis XP 22673 is a great rifle that offers excellent accuracy, reliability, and value. The rifle is well-designed and easy to use, making it a great choice for both novice and experienced shooters. Whether you are hunting or shooting targets, the Axis XP 22673 is sure to deliver the performance you need.

Great rifle and accurate Weaver scope. Buds fast shipping is always nice too. I got 4 bullseye shots in a tight group at 100 yards with little adjustments made after bore sighting. Trigger is not perfect but this rifle for me is to hunt deer. My 13 year

Just got last week! Great little gun so far! Bolt is pretty smooth, scope rings/screws on real tight. Bore sighted really close to zero! Low recoil (especially compared to my 300win mag. Scope was better than expected. Not a huge fan of the plastic mag la
