The factory bore sighting was not very good at all, but after shooting it in, then going for group, this rifle shoots like a dream. If you want to hit a fly on your target , you can every time you shoot the rifle. This is another one hole shooting Savage

Very pleased with Buds ... as always. LOVE this rifle, and it took very little effort to sight in the scope. FFL I had it sent to (Pekin Gun shop) not so happy. They advertized $25 transfer per gun, and tried to charge me $35 per gun.
