Uses mini 30 mags and eats steel cased ammo w/ no issues. Straight out of the box, was minute of pie tin at 100 yards w/ an old Redfield 6-18 w/ 124 grain Tula. Not knocking the rifle for that, was just the best I could do. I’m sure it’ll get dialed in
