Poor fit and finish
I just bought an 11-87. Put it together and the fore end doesn’t fit tight. The end closest to the stock wiggles. It might shoot fine - haven’t tried it yet. But the fit and finish is very disappointing.

Pitiful
Less than 100 rounds jammed live shell in receiver had to practically tear gun up to get shell out. Have a paid for hunting trip 1500 miles away and no gun. Ask for a new gun told me it would have to be evaluated and might 4-6 weeks to get back. Not a hap

I've had the 1187 (SFS) for two yrs. now, my daughter shoots it when we go duck hunting. Its a good fit, a bit heavy but that helps a bit with the recoil and also good for my grandsons/daughters to learn on when they are old enough. never jams and is
