About Mossberg MVP Varmint 27714
The MVP (Mossberg Varmint Predator) Series is based on Mossberg 4x4 centerfire rifle, combining this classic bolt-action platform with the features most highly-desired by dedicated varmint and predator hunters and long-range competitive shooters. The MVP Varmint features a stylish spiral bolt with a 24" fluted bull barrel, the LPA adjustable trigger and Weaver-style bases. It is set in a laminate benchrest -style stock. Notably setting this family of rifles apart from the competition is its unique, patent-pending bolt design which allows MVP Series rifles to accept and reliably feed from AR-15 style magazines.

on first examination rifle looks great, right off the bat had problems though, the magazine well is made of plastic. I would think that mossberg would make this part metal. the 18" did not hold better than 1 1/2" moa with custom loads. would not recommend
