About Marlin XT-17V
The Marlin XT-17V is a tool for every task, and for varmints, the right tool is the XT-17V chambered in 17HMR. It sends a polymer-tipped bullet rocketing downrange at 2,500+ feet per second with a laser-flat trajectory. The XT Pro-Fire adjustable trigger produces an extremely consistent trigger pull with an ultra-clean break. Included are 4 and 7-shot clip magazines. The rugged Hardwood Monte Carlo stock comes with sling swivel studs. The receiver is drilled, tapped and grooved for you choice of convenient scope mounting options. The barrel is a 22" blued heavy varmint with front and rear scope bases only.

Very nice rifle and I matched it up to the bsa sweet 17 scope a dead on match for accuracy. Buds has always been an honest and reliable place for me too purchase my weapons. I will continue my purchases with buds they are great to deal with.

Wood stock quality
Nice light walnut finish hardwood. I like marlins got one myself in the 22 mag ss with heavy barrel never gonna let that go. For the price they got on that XT17V with heavy barrel & stock got me thinking about it now.
