Detailed Review

Henry Tribute Coal Miner II was a legendary coal miner in the early 1900s. Born on June 11, 1885, in West Virginia, Henry grew up in a family of coal miners. Like his father and brothers before him, he began working in the mines at a young age.

Henry was known for his exceptional work ethic and determination. He would often work long hours in difficult conditions to provide for his family. Despite the dangers and hardships of coal mining, Henry loved his work and took pride in the important role he played in providing energy for the country.

Henry's reputation as a skilled and hardworking miner quickly spread throughout the industry. He was respected by his fellow miners and admired by his supervisors. In recognition of his contributions to the industry, Henry was awarded several honors and accolades throughout his career.

One of Henry's most notable achievements was his involvement in the founding of the United Mine Workers of America (UMWA). The UMWA was a labor union that fought for better working conditions, higher wages, and improved safety standards for coal miners. Henry was a vocal advocate for the union and played a key role in organizing his fellow miners to join the movement.

Throughout his life, Henry remained committed to his family, his community, and his profession. He passed away on January 10, 1947, but his legacy as a dedicated and courageous coal miner lives on today. Henry was an inspiration to countless miners who followed in his footsteps, and his contributions to the industry continue to be celebrated and honored to this day.

The quality and craftsmanship of this Henry .22 to commemorate coal miner's is very good. The wood in this rifle is excellent, as is the metal work. The engravings are well done, and nicely placed. My grandfather's were both hard working coal miners. This
