November 7, 2017VERY IMPRESSIVE
The balance is very good, all to often the weight of a ml is forward, the optima is well centered. What I personally find most impressive is how smooth the trigger is. Most importantly, the gun is accurate; quarter sized groups at 100 yards with 100 gr py

Super happy with my Optima v2. I'm new to black powder, but am really enjoying it. Went to the range twice, then out to the field to bring in a nice button buck.

This gun shoots great until a few months later when you realize firing pin bushing corrodes and firing pin gets stuck. Terrible design, read other sights and you will see. Even CVA will tell you they have "blowback issues" Took 45 minutes to get
