Browning Silver Hunter
The Browning(R) Silver Hunter(TM) Matte is a lightweight, fast handling semi-auto shotgun that's designed with upland bird hunting in mind; though its self-adjusting Active Valve gas system increases its versatility to include most any type of wing shooting or shooting sport. The Active Valve gas system vents excess gas out the top of the forearm, and away from the receiver for clean, reliable operation with 2-3/4" and 3" shells, without the need or adjustment. The Silver Hunter Matte model comes with a matte blued barrel, a 2-tone silver/black receiver, and a checkered Turkish walnut stock with a brown, ventilated recoil pad. The semi-humpback receiver design with a ventilated rib and brass front bead creates a sight picture that's quick to pick up and swing on moving targets. The barrel comes back bored and threaded for Browning's Invector-Plus choke tubes (includes IC, M, & F) to deliver consistently tight shot patterns. This Lever Action Shotgun is a replication of the shotgun that has been immortalized in Sci-Fi thrillers and Video games. The T-Series is based on the Chiappa 1887 Lever action shotgun that is already known for speed and reliability iin Cowboy Action competition, and a traditional favorite in the field, only now it is ready for another era. The T-Series features all of the characteristics of the standard model, except with an 18.5 Barrel, matte black finish, and wood forearm and pistol grip that has a durable Soft Touch black rubber coating.
