Beautiful rifle; metal to wood fit is very good. Action slicks up nicely after a 100 rounds or so. Much smoother then the Marlin 1894 .44 I had. Feeds all .44 mags I have tried (WWB 240gr JSP, Handloads using 200gr RNFP and 240gr LSWC). Good accuracy out
