absolutely the prettiest gun in my safe, very well fitted and smooth to operate. The rear sight is unfortunately correct and not the best available for these rifles even back in the day. Without a peep sight, I can't say how truly accurate this rifle is.

First I want to say I have bought 23 guns from buds they are awesome to deal with. The Cimarron 1873 in 45 colt shots great 1 1/4 groups at 100 yards with my unique load. The lever and lifter springs are to heavy but a dermal takes care of that, also the

Received it the other day I use it for sass shooting amazingly accurate right out of the box excellent quality a lot better looking than on the picture love it I would recommend the to anybody that's looking for a 1873 style rifle. Buds gun shop.com again
