The Benelli Ethos is equally at home for a day of upland bird hunting or a round of Sporting Clays, and offers a perfect blend of superior performance and great looks. This 20-gauge model features AA-grade walnut furniture with a satin nickel plated receiver, a 26-inch barrel chambered for 3-inch shells, and a capacity of 4+1. The Ethos features Progressive Comfort recoil reduction, an internal system which automatically absorbs and mitigates recoil, making for a much more comfortable day, whether shooting light target or heavy magnum loads. The action cycles not by a traditional gas piston design, but rather by means of Benellis proprietary Inertia Drive system, a brilliantly-simple design which both reduces felt recoil and keeps smoke and gas in the barrel where it belongs, and away from internal mechanical components.
