This ammunition is manufactured by Sellier & Bellot, a Czech company that is known in the US for their affordable products and modern components. bought these to save shooting all my Hornady precision rounds because of the price and these shoot just as good. .5 MOA all day at the range and the soft points allow expansion doubles as a great hunting round
