The stock is constructed of walnut, with a curved pistol grip wrist and solid rubber recoil pad. The action has no external manual safety; it uses a rebounding hammer that can\u2019t touch the firing pin unless the trigger\u2019s deliberately pulled, and an interlock system that doesn\u2019t allow the barrel to open if the hammer\u2019s cocked, or the barrel to close if the hammer\u2019s cocked while it\u2019s open.
