Llama XVI is self-loading pistol, blowback operation, miniature copy of Colt 1911 in .22 LR with grip safety. Manufactured from 1954 to 1997. Llama-Gabilondo y Cia SA, known just as LLAMA was a Spanish firearms manufacturer founded in 1904 under the name Gabilondo and Urresti in Eibar in the Basque Country, Spain. The Llama trademark was registered in 1932 and pistols started to appear in 1933.
