Firearms International Corporation, Wahington 22, D.C. was an importer & a manufacturer of firearms in the 1960's up through the implementation of the GCA in 1968. The Regent revolver was originaly made in West Germany by Rohm but after the implementation of the GCA inn 1968 Firearms International Corporation started importing of parts from Germany to USA and assembling them here so all Regent revolvers made after 1968 are stamped Made in USA. The frame is marked “THE REGENT FIREARMS INT'L CORP. WASHINGTON D.C.” and CAL.. 22 L.A. MADE IN U.S.A."
