Its internal parts and controls are phosphated for extreme corrosion resistance and reduced friction while the barrel has a nitron finish. The P229 M11-A1 Compact also has vertical front strap serrations and SigLite night sights. This model has a polymer grip and comes with two 10-round magazines.
