MAS 1874 Chamelot-Delvigne
The 1874 Chamelot-Delvigne revolver is the same as 1873 Chamelot-Delvigne revolver but it has a fluted cylinder, it is 1 inch shorter and little lighter. Just under 32,000 of the 1874 Chamelot-Delvigne revolvers were made from 1874 to 1885. It was chambered for blackpowder 11 x 17mm R center-fire cartridge, which propelled its 180-grain bullet at 804 fps, resulting in a muzzle energy of 253 ft./lbs.
