Internally, the new GLOCK dual recoil spring assembly substantially increases the life of the system. A reversible enlarged magazine catch, changeable in seconds, accommodates left or right-handed operators. The G22 Gen4 .40 caliber retains the GLOCK accessory rail for your attachments.

Ambidextrous thumb safety. Recoil spring (pounds): 16. Kimber Service Melt (frame & slide). Built upon high standards and unique requirements of the LAPD Special Investigation Section - or SIS.. Kimber discontinued this model on January 1, 2010, it features fixed blade front night sight, Kimber design flat face rear night sight specially made to be used to cock gun using a hard flat surface instead of both hands, the slide has SIS serrations at the front and back, extended ambidextrous thumb safety, beavertail grip safety with wave grooved speed bump, flat serrated mainspring housing, checkered front strap, match grade solid aluminum trigger, and skeletonized hammer. Numbers matching case comes with two slam pad sizes, takedown wrench, cable lock, papers, and oil.
