Handguns Descriptions
Glock 21
Remarkable for its accuracy and light recoil, the GLOCK 21SF delivers the legendary stopping power of the .45 AUTO round with 10/13 round magazine capacity. Countless law enforcement units swear by the G21SF pistol, and that's why this powerful, lightweight, all climate workhorse is standard issue from the North to South Poles. The SF model reduces the circumference of the receiver at the rear, or "back strap," offering increased comfort and controlespecially for shooters with smaller hands.
Robar Melior New Model/Jieffeco 380ACP
The Melior New Model pistol was made by the Belgian firm Robar. Same pistol was made for sales in the United States as Jieffeco pistol and first appeared around 1920 in 6.35mm and 7.65mm calibers. The Jieffeco pistol was marketed for a short time by Davis-Warner Arms Corporation of New York. Though the gun resembles a 1910 FN Browning, it is quite different internally. Meliors were made until the 1950s in fairly large quantities. It sold well in both Europe and the USA. Often a back-up weapon for troops and used by resistance and partisans groups. The left side of the Melior's slide has a two-line inscription: MELIOR, BREVETS-259178 -265491-LIEGE-BELGIUM. Robar company was gun manufacturer from Liege in Belgium. It changed three names during it's history: Robar Fils & Co from 1906 to 1910, Robar Fils and L De Kerckhove from 1910 to 1926, Robar & Co from 1926 to 1972.
