The Bushmaster Gas Piston System Rifles bring new levels of reliability to the “AR” type rifle platform by eliminating carbon build up, gas leaks and heat within the Upper Receiver. *Limited quantity* *Shot Show Special* The legendary handling and quickness of the Model 70 Featherweight is famous among hunters everywhere, and the 257 Roberts offers great flexibility between the low recoil, and flat trajectory of varmit hunting and the power needed to tackle large game. This limited-production Model 70 chambered in 257 Roberts offers Pre-64 style controlled-round feeding and a three-position safety. It is highlighted by a jeweled bolt body with a knurled handle for sure traction. Like the original Featherweight, the angled comb Grade I walnut stock still features the gently-flared Schnabel forend, satin-finished with elegant cut checkering. And though the bolt action is made for right-handed shooters, the stock is symmetric and can work for either a left-hand or right-hand shooter. It has the awesome M.O.A.
