The Bushmaster Gas Piston System Rifles bring new levels of reliability to the “AR” type rifle platform by eliminating carbon build up, gas leaks and heat within the Upper Receiver. Hornady 450 Bushmaster 250 Grain Fxt
Chambered for the AR-15 type firearms the 450 Bushmaster fires Hornady's 0.452 inch 250 grain SST with Flex Tip technology. The overall cartridge matches the .223 Remington at 2.250 inch. The soft polymer tipped SST bullet eliminates tip deformation and also initiates expansion over a wide range of impact velocities.
