The Bushmaster Gas Piston System Rifles bring new levels of reliability to the “AR” type rifle platform by eliminating carbon build up, gas leaks and heat within the Upper Receiver. The Gas Piston System operates by tapping gas pressure off the barrel much like the systems found on AK-47s and FALs * Functions with a wider range of ammunition - less gas pressure - lower cyclic rate * Offers improved reliability and control - with cleaner operation and reduced recoil * Keeps carbon build up and powder residue from reaching - and fouling the Upper Receiver and Bolt Carrier * A Detented Plug in the Gas Block allows easy cleaning of the Systems’ Hard Chrome Plated Piston
CVA Accura V2/LR PR3138NM
The CVA Accura V2/LR Muzzleloading Rifle with Dead-On Scope Mount provides a level of accuracy and performance that is unequaled by any break-action muzzleloaders on the market today. This degree of precision is attained because ACCURA V2 LR rifles are equipped with 30” premium, custom quality Bergara barrels. The ACCURA V2 LR includes CVA’s Quick-Release Breech Plug (which is finger removable), and the stocks and forestocks are upgraded with a SoftTouch coating and rubber grip panels – making it comfortable and secure even in the foulest weather. These ergonomically designed stocks are fully ambidextrous. One screw disassembly makes the gun easy to take apart for cleaning or travel. And every ACCURA V2 model comes with a Quake Claw Sling, a DuraSight DEAD-ON one-piece scope mount or DuraSight fiber optic sights, and a PalmSaver solid aluminum ramrod as standard equipment.
