Tarnow Zaklady Mechaniczne ALEX 25.98"338
At the beginning 2008 year R&D Centre has ended work over new rifle in bullpup system shooting cartridge 8,6x70mm (.338 Lapua Magnum). Bor bigger brother (Alex-7,62) slightly differs from precursor - lower rail mount support, different receiver shape and joint with very long handguard, use a new magazine and catch. Barrel length 660 mm is the same as in previous model on basic version, but has different diameters. The Alex-338 weights 6,7 kg without scope and muzzle device (0,6 kg more than the Alex-762) and 7,5 kg with the scope and bipod. It has a 5 round magazine.
