Shotguns Descriptions
Browning Silver Hunter
The Browning(R) Silver Hunter(TM) Matte is a lightweight, fast handling semi-auto shotgun that's designed with upland bird hunting in mind; though its self-adjusting Active Valve gas system increases its versatility to include most any type of wing shooting or shooting sport. The Active Valve gas system vents excess gas out the top of the forearm, and away from the receiver for clean, reliable operation with 2-3/4" and 3" shells, without the need or adjustment. The Silver Hunter Matte model comes with a matte blued barrel, a 2-tone silver/black receiver, and a checkered Turkish walnut stock with a brown, ventilated recoil pad. The semi-humpback receiver design with a ventilated rib and brass front bead creates a sight picture that's quick to pick up and swing on moving targets. The barrel comes back bored and threaded for Browning's Invector-Plus choke tubes (includes IC, M, & F) to deliver consistently tight shot patterns. The low recoiling Browning Silver Hunter Matte Semi-Auto Shotgun allows for fast follow-up shots and all-day shooting comfort on the clays range or wing shooting.Lightweight and fast handling2-tone silver/black receiverBlued barrelTurkish walnut stockVentilated recoil padActive Valve gas systemCycles 2-3/4" and 3" shellsVent rib and brass front beadInvector-Plus choke tubesBack bored barrel
Remington 870 DM Predator 81352
The Remington 870 is one of those rare firearms which has earned a respected place in military, law enforcement, and civilian circles alike. Rugged and monotonously reliable, the venerable 870 has little left to prove. But this is not a standard 870, this is the 870DM, which features an 18.5-inch, 3 inch-chambered barrel with a tactical REM Choke, XS Ghost Ring sights, and an accessory rail on the receiver. The furniture is Magpul SGA, a highly configurable platform which allows for a truly custom fit using a spacer system for length of pull adjustment, a recoil-reducing buttpad, and optional interchangeable cheek pieces. The biggest change, however, is that, unlike a standard 870, this model features a detachable 6-round magazine. This shotgun works interchangeably with both 2.75 and 3-inch shells, and was designed primarily for a Law Enforcement/Security role, as the detachable magazine allows for much quicker reloads in a defensive situation. In fact, the 870 DM is billed as "The fastest loading pump shotgun ever built."
