Browning Silver Hunter
The Browning(R) Silver Hunter(TM) Matte is a lightweight, fast handling semi-auto shotgun that's designed with upland bird hunting in mind; though its self-adjusting Active Valve gas system increases its versatility to include most any type of wing shooting or shooting sport. The Active Valve gas system vents excess gas out the top of the forearm, and away from the receiver for clean, reliable operation with 2-3/4" and 3" shells, without the need or adjustment. The Silver Hunter Matte model comes with a matte blued barrel, a 2-tone silver/black receiver, and a checkered Turkish walnut stock with a brown, ventilated recoil pad. The semi-humpback receiver design with a ventilated rib and brass front bead creates a sight picture that's quick to pick up and swing on moving targets. The barrel comes back bored and threaded for Browning's Invector-Plus choke tubes (includes IC, M, & F) to deliver consistently tight shot patterns. Description: The Escort EXTREME features the addition of non-slip grip pads on the forend and pistol grip that give you a superior hold in all weather conditions. Escort shotguns have SMART Valve gas pistons that regulate gas blowback to cycle every round from 2.75 inch range loads through 3.5 inch heavy magnums. Escorts also have FAST loading systems that allow one-handed round changes without changing aiming position. Next, Escort added Realtree MAX-4 and Realtree AP camo patterns to make these shotguns invisible in the field. They are also offering a HiVis MagniSight fiber optic, magnetic sight to enhance sight acquisition in low light conditions. Finally, Escort went to Hevi Shot and got their mid-range choke tube for waterfowl (Turkey Extreme model comes with a turkey choke) to round out the perfect hunting machine. All of this at half the price of other, similarly featured shotguns.
