Browning Silver Hunter
The Browning(R) Silver Hunter(TM) Matte is a lightweight, fast handling semi-auto shotgun that's designed with upland bird hunting in mind; though its self-adjusting Active Valve gas system increases its versatility to include most any type of wing shooting or shooting sport. The Active Valve gas system vents excess gas out the top of the forearm, and away from the receiver for clean, reliable operation with 2-3/4" and 3" shells, without the need or adjustment. The Silver Hunter Matte model comes with a matte blued barrel, a 2-tone silver/black receiver, and a checkered Turkish walnut stock with a brown, ventilated recoil pad. The semi-humpback receiver design with a ventilated rib and brass front bead creates a sight picture that's quick to pick up and swing on moving targets. The barrel comes back bored and threaded for Browning's Invector-Plus choke tubes (includes IC, M, & F) to deliver consistently tight shot patterns. Gas operating system semi-auto in 410 gauge. Two rounds (plus one) box magazine capacity. It will function indifferently with 36 gauge and 410 cartridges. Black anodized receiver, mat finished on the tops and shiny polished sides. Right side engraved with model, logo and gauge in gold; left side with trademark and Made in Italy in gold. Deep drilled barrel 42cr-mo4 steel. Interchangeable chokes. Walnut stocks, oil finished and knurls by a modern and ergonomic design. In the forend there is engraved the Iron Armi logo
