Browning Silver Hunter
The Browning(R) Silver Hunter(TM) Matte is a lightweight, fast handling semi-auto shotgun that's designed with upland bird hunting in mind; though its self-adjusting Active Valve gas system increases its versatility to include most any type of wing shooting or shooting sport. The Active Valve gas system vents excess gas out the top of the forearm, and away from the receiver for clean, reliable operation with 2-3/4" and 3" shells, without the need or adjustment. The Silver Hunter Matte model comes with a matte blued barrel, a 2-tone silver/black receiver, and a checkered Turkish walnut stock with a brown, ventilated recoil pad. The semi-humpback receiver design with a ventilated rib and brass front bead creates a sight picture that's quick to pick up and swing on moving targets. The barrel comes back bored and threaded for Browning's Invector-Plus choke tubes (includes IC, M, & F) to deliver consistently tight shot patterns. Single selective gold plated trigger. Auto ejector or extractor system. Advanced polymer stock with Adjustable Comb and advanced polymer fore-end. Comes with 3 TRIOPAD stock spacers (each 5 mm width) to change the stock length of pull. Steel receiver with soft engraving and white chrome finish. Nickel-chromium-molybdenum steel barrels. Outside black hard chrome finish & inside white hard chrome finish. Proof tested for 1200 kg/cm2 (17160 lb. per square inch). Steel shot suitable multi 5 chokes: F, IM, M, IC, CYL . Sling swivels (optional).
