Browning Silver Hunter
The Browning(R) Silver Hunter(TM) Matte is a lightweight, fast handling semi-auto shotgun that's designed with upland bird hunting in mind; though its self-adjusting Active Valve gas system increases its versatility to include most any type of wing shooting or shooting sport. The Active Valve gas system vents excess gas out the top of the forearm, and away from the receiver for clean, reliable operation with 2-3/4" and 3" shells, without the need or adjustment. The Silver Hunter Matte model comes with a matte blued barrel, a 2-tone silver/black receiver, and a checkered Turkish walnut stock with a brown, ventilated recoil pad. The semi-humpback receiver design with a ventilated rib and brass front bead creates a sight picture that's quick to pick up and swing on moving targets. The barrel comes back bored and threaded for Browning's Invector-Plus choke tubes (includes IC, M, & F) to deliver consistently tight shot patterns. The Affinity Selects bear the same premium features youve come to expect from a Franchi, including excellent ergonomics, adjustable drop & cast, and reliable inertia-driven performance. Pair these with fine Italian engravings with gold bird inlays on a brushed nickel receiver and you have an immediate winner. The Affinity Selects are available for 2019 in both 12-gauge and 20-gauge configurations, featuring 28-in. and 26-in. barrels respectively.
